AUTOPAY
Autopay is a monthly commitment with a 30 day, in writing, cancellation policy. Autopay is a great way to commit to your health and not have to worry about your package ever expiring.
Expiration Policy
- 5 packs expire 60 days from date of purchase
- 10 packs expire 90 days from date of purchase
- 20 packs expire 90 days from date of purchase
- Unlimited Packages expire 30 days from date of purchase
- Autopays automatically renew every 30 days
Cancellation Policy
Harmony Pilates requires a cancellation of 24 hours in advance of your scheduled Private or Duet Session and 2 hours prior to your scheduled group class. Failure to cancel your Private, Duet or group class will be a loss of a session. Failure to cancel your group class before the cutoff time from one of our Unlimited Packages will result in the following: $15 for Group Mat or Tower and $25 for Reformer Classes. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. Late fees will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

- Payment: cash, check and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard)
- All sales are final and non-transferable

- Instructor substitutions possible without prior notice
- Existing clients that refer a friend who buys a class card or a package receive a free session
- A background in the fundamentals of Pilates is required before starting on the equipment.
- All participants must wear socks. Socks with the treads on the bottom are preferable for added traction.
